Terms of service

This is the short version, in plain words. A lawyer is writing the full statement; until it is posted, this page is what we hold ourselves to.

We make every effort to keep your secrets private, but we are not here to lock data away from the people who really own it.

Your list is yours

What you write in Flowtinuity belongs to you. We keep it so you can use it, we do not sell it, and we do not read it except to help you when you ask us to.

Locked lines and lost passwords

You can lock a line with a password of your own. If you lose that password and ask us to unlock the line, we first make sure the account is really yours. Because we are acting as your admin when we do this, it costs a one-time fee of $10.

Plans and payment

• Free gives you 300 new lines a month. Only making a line counts, and the count starts over on the 1st.
• Paid plans are charged each month. You can cancel any time; your plan lasts to the end of the month you paid for, then you are on Free.
• Changing or cancelling a plan never deletes your lines.

Your bots

Bots you connect through a CLI, the API or an AI tool act for your account, with their own login or key. What they do counts as done by your account, so give a key only to bots you trust, and switch a key off when you stop using it.

Fair use

Do not use Flowtinuity to break the law, to attack the service or other people, or to make accounts in bulk. We may slow down or stop an account that does.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version is posted here before it applies.
