Privacy
This page says, in plain words, what Flowtinuity keeps about you, what it sends you, and who else touches it. Flowtinuity used to be called DueZoom; it is the same service.
We keep what you need to use your list. We do not sell it, we show no ads, and we do not read your list except to help you when you ask us to.
What we keep
- Your account. Your name, your email address, and your password. The password is kept only as a one-way scramble, so nobody here can read it. If you sign in with a bizyrocket.com login, that login is kept by bizyrocket.com.
- Your list. The lines you write, their notes, due dates and check marks, and the pictures and files you add. Pictures and files are kept on our own server.
- The people you share with. When you share a line, the name and the email address or phone number you give for that person.
- Your devices, if you turn on notifications. The address your browser's push service gives us for that device, and a label such as "iPhone · Safari".
- Your keys. When you make a key for a bot or the CLI, we keep its name, the part of your list it may change, and a fingerprint of the key. The key itself is shown to you once and never kept.
- Your plan. Which plan you are on and the payment company's reference for it. Your card details go to Dodo Payments and never reach us.
- Server logs. Our web server writes down each request: the time, your network address, the page asked for, your browser's name, and how long it took. We use this to keep the service working and safe.
What we send you
- Email, only about your own account or a list shared with you: security notices, one-time sign-in links you ask for, and notices about your plan. It comes from noreply@duezoom.com. We send no marketing and no newsletters. If an email to you bounces or is marked as spam, we stop emailing that address.
- Text messages, only if texts are turned on for your account, and only about your own list, to the phone number on your account. They come from 888-297-4587.
- Notifications, only to a device where you turned them on. A notification carries no words from your list: your device asks us what is due when it arrives.
Who else touches it
- Amazon Web Services runs our server, keeps our backups and sends our email.
- Dodo Payments takes payments for paid plans.
- CControl and Twilio send our text messages. CControl is the messaging system of our sister company, NWA Storm Shelters, and Twilio is the phone carrier service it sends through. To send a text they get the phone number and the words of the text.
- Apple, Google or Mozilla carry a notification to your device, through that browser's own push service.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on the list page, so your browser asks Google for them when that page opens.
- Your own AI or bots, only if you give one a key. It can read and change the part of your list that the key allows, and nothing else. Switch a key off on the Keys page at any time.
We send your list to no AI of our own, and the site loads no outside trackers or analytics.
Cookies and your browser
- A sign-in cookie, so you stay signed in, and a security cookie that stops forged form posts.
- Inside our phone apps, or an app you add to your home screen, a small cookie that keeps the app on its own address.
- Your browser keeps some of your own settings, like showing checked-off lines, on your device.
Backups
Your list is copied to Amazon storage soon after it changes, and our whole database is copied every hour, so it can be brought back after a mistake or a failure. Older copies are kept, so a line you delete still sits in the copies made before you deleted it.
Your choices
- Change or delete any line at any time.
- Turn notifications off on any device, and switch off any key on the Keys page.
Changes
When what we keep, send or share changes, this page changes with it. Last changed October 19, 2026.
