Questions
What counts as a line?
Every line you make: typing a new one, pasting one in, or copying one. Changing words, moving, folding, checking off and deleting never count. The count starts over on the 1st of each month.
What happens at 300 lines on Free?
You keep your whole list. You can still open, change, move and check off everything. Only new lines wait, until the 1st of next month or until you upgrade.
How much can I keep?
Every plan, Free too, includes 1 GB: your pictures and files, and your lines with their history. Words take very little room, so most lists never come close. Your Billing page shows what you keep, measured each night.
What is an office?
A shared whiteboard on the Team plan. Everyone in the office works the same lines and sees each other's changes as they happen. A team starts with five.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan lasts to the end of the month you paid for, then you are on Free. Nothing is deleted.
Do I need bots to use Flowtinuity?
No. Flowtinuity is a to-do list first. Most people start with a plain list on Free or Pro. If you want to add your bots later, move up to the Agent Harness and they join the list you already have.
What does "bring your own CLI" mean?
If you already use a coding agent in a terminal, it signs in to Flowtinuity as its own bot and works your list with you. You keep using the AI you already pay for; we do not sell you one.
And "bring your own API"?
Your own scripts and bots read and change the list through the Flowtinuity API, each with its own key. Every change shows which bot made it.
